Royal Cartton was founded in 1941 by Don Juan Herrero Pérez as Herrero Colas y Gelatinas S.A. for the manufacture of glues and jellies. Later, in 1995 and with the help of his son Diego Herrero Berruezo, Royal Cartton S.L. was created, thus fulfilling, between both firms, more than 80 years of experience in the manufacture of adhesives. To this day, the company continues to be managed by the third generation of the family, led by Javier Herrero.

Thanks to our extensive experience in the manufacture of adhesives, the high training of all our staff, our R + D + I department, and together with our business challenge to continue advancing and innovating in the development of new products, Royal Cartton has become one of the benchmarks in the manufacture of this type of glues for the luxury packaging and bookbinding sector, among others.

Over the years we have been incorporating new types of adhesives such as glues, vegetable glues (biopolymers), and aqueous dispersions, both PVA, EVA, acrylic, and styrenic, to our product range, reaching a high degree of quality in all of them and always using raw material that minimizes environmental impact.

Our technical and commercial departments present a high added value by linking the commercial area with the technical area. Seeking to provide an excellent service to our clients through our knowledge, experience, and involvement.

The technical and commercial teams work in coordination in order to be in constant communication with our clients to establish the best solution for their daily work needs.Our development process starts with the study of the needs of our clients by Royal Cartton's team of professionals. Once the best solution has been determined, we communicate with our clients and propose the option that best suits their needs.
To test the solution, we establish a test protocol at the client's facilities, jointly carrying out the necessary tests with their technical staff in order to solve technical difficulties and doubts that may arise during these tests.
